Merge Address Files List files in order of preference, primary file first, followed by files in decreasing priority.  Formats: dBase (.dbf), comma delineated ASCII (.txt), Access (.mdf) or Excel (.xls). Each record can contain only one street address or PO Box. Field names should reflect address elements. Example: Prefix, First Name, Last Name, Title, Company, etc.
